Normally delivered in 3-5 working days. International shipment is sent via PostNL, or in some cases, DHL. When you complete your order before 4 p.m. CET, your order will be shipped the same day.
When your order is sent away from Skicentrum Heemskerk, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with a track and trace number.
For shipping within the Netherlands there’s a fixed charge of €4,95 (€10,00 on ski’s). For shipments to other countries we charge different shipping costs, these will be visible when you complete the order.
You have 14 days to decide if you are happy with the article, if you want to return the item you pay no shipping costs. Skicentrum Heemskerk guarantees that you get back your money for all returned items, provided that the items are returned in good condition. This means that the items are not damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn and that all labels or labels are still on the article.
If you want to return items, send an e-mail to email@example.com including your order number. Indicate in this e-mail what you wish to return and whether you wish to exchange or have this credited. If you want to exchange the item for the same item in a different size, you do not have to pay extra shipping costs. Also complete the attached return form as completely as possible and attach it to the shipment. You will receive an address label from us that you can paste on your package. You deliver this at a local post office. You will receive a confirmation of shipment, keep it well. Shipping is always for the risk of the sender. You also need to pack the package properly, preferably in the original packaging.
It’s possible to return online orders to our shop in Heemskerk. In addition to the item, show us your receipt. Items that are damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn cannot be returned.
If a product breaks down within 30 days and you do not wish to receive a new product, you can also choose to exchange this product for any other product or have it credited. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number. Indicate in this e-mail what you wish to return and whether you wish to exchange or have this credited.
