What makes this Montana machine truly unique is its ability to perform Radial Tuning. This means the ski is sharpened more aggressively under the bindings than at the tip or tail. The result? Maximum grip combined with easy turning while skiing. All other operations—such as deburring and polishing the edges—are also computer-controlled, ensuring 100% precision. We can also apply any desired structure to the ski base.
The grinding machine is idle during the summer. Skis and snowboards can be brought in for maintenance again starting in September.

Our technician operating the machine has over 30 years of experience. It’s no coincidence that all the major brands bring their skis to us for testing, and many professional racers trust us with their equipment. If you haven't heard of us yet, our workshop at Skicentrum Heemskerk is located right next to the A9 motorway between Amsterdam, Alkmaar, and Haarlem. We have plenty of parking available right at the door. Our specialists are ready to assist you and can advise you on the maintenance your skis need.
