A ski boot is much more than just a shoe that keeps your feet warm and secures your skis. A well-fitting ski boot is a precision instrument that determines your control, comfort, performance, and enjoyment of skiing.
That’s why borrowing ski boots from family or friends—even if they have the same shoe size—is almost never a good solution. No two feet are alike. Differences in foot shape, width, instep height, foot position, and lower leg structure mean that a ski boot must be fully customized to you.
A professional consultation and the ski boot fitting process ensure that your ski boots fit your feet, your skill level, and your personal preferences perfectly. The result: optimal comfort, maximum control, and years of pain-free skiing enjoyment.

A wide selection of brands and models
Thanks to our extensive collection of ski boots, we can almost always start with a model that is already very close to the ideal fit. Good advice is only possible when there is sufficient choice in brands, last widths, flex ratings, and models. That is why we deliberately carry a wide range of ski boots for different target groups and foot types.
Digital foot scan (3D scan)
During the initial consultation, we use digital measuring equipment. With the help of a foot scan, we accurately analyze the dimensions of your feet and lower legs. This provides us with objective data on, among other things:
Personal analysis
The digital measurements are then reviewed and supplemented with a manual analysis of the bare foot and lower leg. We pay particular attention to the alignment of the feet and any abnormalities that may affect comfort and performance.
During a brief consultation, we discuss, among other things:
We recommend bringing your current or old ski boots with you. These often provide valuable information about your skiing experience, boot size, and any previous fit issues.
Insole or Footbed
In approximately 95% of cases, we recommend a supportive ski boot insole. A good insole forms the foundation of a stable and comfortable ski boot. The right support ensures greater control, better posture, and less fatigue while skiing.
Shell-fit check
Next, we perform a so-called shell-fit check. During this process, we verify that the foot, including any insole, fits correctly within the outer shell of the ski boot. The outer shell forms the foundation of the final fit and largely determines the comfort and performance of the boot.
Trying on and comparing
Next comes the fitting session. Based on all the data collected, we select up to five suitable models. Together, we assess the fit, support, and feel of each boot. We will, of course, make the final choice of model and size in consultation with you. Ultimately, as the customer, you will decide which ski boot suits you best and which one you fully support.
Price
The comprehensive consultation costs €89.95.
If you purchase a new pair of ski boots, this fee will be fully credited toward your purchase. You will then only pay the retail price of the ski boots (excluding any ski boot liners).
Once you’ve chosen a ski boot, we can make additional adjustments as needed to further optimize the fit. This way, we create a ski boot that fits your feet as precisely as possible. Depending on the situation, we can, among other things:
Service after your winter sports trip
Despite a thorough intake and boot fitting, it is possible that a minor adjustment may be needed after your first winter sports vacation. That is why minor boot fitting adjustments are free of charge for the first three years after purchase. If an adjustment is needed, we ask that you visit us preferably within one month of returning from your winter sports vacation. That way, we can discuss any areas for improvement while they’re still fresh in your mind and resolve them immediately.
A well-fitting ski boot is the foundation of any successful winter sports experience. With our comprehensive consultation, professional measuring equipment, extensive collection, and years of experience, we ensure that you’re not just buying any ski boot, but a perfectly tailored piece of equipment that you’ll enjoy for years to come.
Note! Don’t forget to adjust your bindings
Do you already have skis? Feel free to bring them along. If we’re not too busy, we can adjust the bindings to your new ski boots right away. If it’s too busy at that moment, we’d be happy to schedule a separate appointment, or you can leave your gear with us and pick it up later.
